HOW IT WORKS:

By adding this item to your cart, you will be prompted to fill out a form to select desired details (such as gold flakes, pressed flowers, greenery, etc) to fully customize your photo slab. The form will also request contact information so the artist can confirm design details with you and request the photo for the project. All digital copies of the submitted photos are deleted as soon as the project is completed in order to protect the customer’s privacy.
